1. Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to Tizori digital voucher purchases made through the Tizori website. Tizori vouchers are digital products delivered electronically and can be redeemed inside a Tizori account to add the stated coin value.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel or abandon a purchase at any time before the payment is successfully completed. Once payment has been successfully completed and the digital voucher has been issued, the purchase cannot be cancelled in the ordinary sense; however, an eligible unredeemed voucher can still be submitted for a refund under the rules below.
3. Refund eligibility
Redeemed vouchers are not refundable.If a voucher has already been redeemed into a Tizori account, no refund will be provided for that voucher.
If the voucher has not been redeemed, you may request a refund within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests made after that 15-day period are not eligible under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligible cases can include an unredeemed voucher that you no longer wish to use, a duplicate successful payment, a payment that was successfully captured but not correctly fulfilled, or another payment error verified by Tizori.
Refund eligibility is determined from the payment record and voucher redemption status. Tizori may request reasonable information needed to locate and verify the transaction.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@vebryks.com within the eligibility period. Include the email address used for voucher delivery and, where available, the Razorpay payment ID/order ID or other transaction reference. Do not send complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords or other authentication secrets.
5. Refund method and processing
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account can vary according to the bank, card network, UPI provider or other payment method after the refund has been initiated.
A refund does not create any right to retain or use the corresponding voucher. Where necessary, an approved refund may invalidate an unredeemed voucher associated with that purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
