1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Vebryks Systems LLP ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use Tizori through https://tizori.app, https://live.tizori.app, or a Tizori mobile or desktop application.
Tizori is a ledger record-keeping service. It is not a bank, payment processor, tax adviser or professional accounting service.
2. Information we handle
Account information
We process the username and name you provide, a protected password representation, and an optional email address used for verification, password recovery and requested report delivery.
Ledger and user-generated content
We process transaction amounts, dates, titles, narration, voucher types, debit or credit direction, approval status, rejection reasons, settlement records, balances, connected-party usernames, private-party names, roles and notes.
Connections and collaboration
We process connection requests, friendship identifiers, approval decisions and the records required to show the appropriate shared ledger to each participant.
Subscription and purchase information
We process coin balances, trial status, voucher redemption records and subscription or purchase entitlement status. A platform store may process billing details under its own policy; Tizori should not receive your full payment-card number.
Communications
When you contact support, request deletion or ask Tizori to email a ledger, we process the information needed to complete that request.
Device permissions
The mobile app may request camera access only when you choose QR scanning. Camera frames are intended for QR recognition and are not intended to be retained or uploaded as photographs. Core ledger functions do not require microphone or location access.
Technical and security information
Servers and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request dates, browser or app versions, operating-system information, diagnostics, security events and session information needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
- Provide account access, ledgers, approvals, settlements, exports and synchronization.
- Verify identity, recover accounts and deliver requested emails.
- Operate the initial trial, monthly coin access, vouchers and purchase entitlements.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose errors, protect accounts and maintain service reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce the Terms of Service.
4. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only in limited situations:
- Connected Tizori users: Shared transactions, statuses, settlements and relevant usernames are visible to the parties involved.
- Service providers: Hosting, email, backup, security and infrastructure providers may process information under our instructions.
- Platform operators: Google, Apple and Microsoft may process store, installation, purchase and diagnostic information under their own policies.
- Legal and safety: Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or defend legal rights.
- Business changes: Information may transfer as part of a merger, reorganization or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and account deletion
Account deletion is available inside Tizori.Open the account or settings area in the application and use the Delete account option. The public account-deletion page is also available as a web route.
We retain account and ledger information while the account is active or as needed to provide Tizori. When verified account deletion is completed, active personal account data and eligible associated data are deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security or another lawful reason.
Connected ledger records involve another user. Limited transaction or audit references may be retained or anonymized where necessary to avoid making another participant's ledger inaccurate. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until the relevant backup cycle expires.
6. Security
Tizori uses administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. Current application controls include salted Argon2id password hashing, fixed-time password verification, encrypted ledger data envelopes, HTTPS/TLS for production transport, access controls and security logging where implemented.
No online service can be completely secure. Use a unique password, protect access to your devices and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Certain details can be updated inside Tizori. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@tizori.app.
8. International processing
Tizori may use infrastructure or service providers in countries other than your own. Where required, contractual or other lawful safeguards are used for international transfers.
9. Children
Tizori is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly create accounts for children who cannot lawfully consent to the processing described here.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when Tizori, applicable law or service providers change. The updated date will be published here, with additional notice when required.
