1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tizori, provided by Vebryks Systems LLP ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing Tizori or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tizori.
2. What Tizori provides
Tizori is a record-keeping tool for shared and private ledgers, approvals, settlements and exports. Tizori does not hold or transfer money, determine whether a debt is legally valid, verify that an outside payment occurred, provide tax or legal advice, or replace a qualified accountant.
3. Shared records and approvals
Connected transactions may require another user's acceptance before they become accepted records. An acceptance records that user's action inside Tizori only; it is not a legal judgment, payment guarantee or independent verification of the underlying transaction.
You are responsible for checking parties, amounts, dates, descriptions and supporting information before approving, rejecting or settling an entry.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account, for keeping your username and password confidential, for maintaining control of your verified recovery email, and for signing out of devices you no longer control. Do not send your password to Tizori support.
5. Account recovery and data availability
Normal access uses your username and password. Password recovery depends on your username and access to the email address verified for the account. If you lose your username and password and also lose access to that verified email, protected ledger information may be unrecoverable.
You are responsible for retaining any independent copies or exports that you are legally, professionally or commercially required to keep.
6. Lawful use only
Tizori may only be used for lawful purposes.You are responsible for ensuring that the records you create, the information you enter and the way you use Tizori comply with laws and obligations that apply to you.
You may not use Tizori for fraud, money laundering, illegal transactions, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, malware distribution, credential harvesting, attempts to gain unauthorized access, disruption of the service, or any other unlawful or abusive purpose. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect users or systems, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
7. Your content
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, encrypt, display and back up that information only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and operate Tizori. You must have the right or lawful basis to enter information about another person.
8. Trial, access and coins
New accounts receive 150 trial coins, providing 15 days of full access at the current rate of 10 coins per full-access day. After the initial trial, users can purchase voucher denominations shown on the Tizori payment page and redeem them to add coins to their account.
At zero coins, Tizori may keep read-only functions available, including viewing existing records and responding to existing requests, while restricting actions such as creating transactions or settlements, sending connection requests, changing private parties and emailing exports. Coins are an access entitlement only; they are not currency, stored value, cryptocurrency or a claim against Vebryks Systems LLP.
9. Voucher purchases, pricing and payment
Each Tizori voucher purchase made through the website is a one-time purchase. It does not enroll you in automatic renewal, recurring card billing, recurring UPI debits or any other automatic recurring payment. Using coins from your Tizori balance is separate from payment processing and does not itself trigger a bank, card or UPI charge.
The payment page displays the final amount payable for the selected voucher before checkout. That displayed amount includes applicable GST and payment-gateway charges or costs, if any. The payment-gateway and tax component may vary according to the selected payment mode, but Tizori does not add a separate charge above the final amount displayed by Tizori for that purchase.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. The payment provider may apply its own technical, security and payment-method terms. You should review the selected voucher denomination, coin quantity, final amount and delivery email before authorizing payment.
10. Cancellation and refunds
A payment can be abandoned before it is successfully completed. After successful payment, an unredeemed voucher may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 15 calendar days of purchase. A voucher that has been redeemed is not eligible for a refund. Tizori vouchers are digital products delivered electronically. Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Customer rights and responsibilities
Your rights
- To see the selected voucher denomination, coin quantity and final payable amount before authorizing payment.
- To receive the digital voucher purchased after successful payment confirmation.
- To request a refund for an eligible unredeemed voucher within 15 calendar days of purchase under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- To contact Tizori support about failed, duplicate, delayed or incorrect payment fulfilment.
- To exercise any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply under applicable law.
Your responsibilities
- Provide a valid email address that you can access for voucher delivery.
- Check the selected voucher, coin quantity and final payable amount before payment.
- Keep account credentials and voucher codes secure and do not share them with unauthorized persons.
- Use Tizori, vouchers and payment facilities lawfully and do not attempt fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale or payment manipulation.
- Contact support promptly if a payment succeeds but the voucher is not delivered or appears invalid.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep Tizori available and accurate, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free software or recovery from every device, network or third-party failure. Features, limits and technical requirements may change, with notice where required by law.
13. Your responsibility for decisions and records
Tizori is a tool for recording information supplied or approved by users. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter, for resolving disputes with other users, for independently verifying important balances or obligations, and for decisions you make using Tizori.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tizori is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that cannot reasonably be guaranteed for an online record-keeping service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vebryks Systems LLP is not responsible or liable for losses, claims or damages arising from unlawful or unauthorized use; inaccurate or misleading information entered by users; disputes between users; decisions made solely from Tizori records; loss of account credentials or recovery access; compromise of a user's device or email account; third-party services; or service interruption or data loss outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or lost opportunities to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
15. Account termination and deletion
Account deletion can be initiated from within Tizori. A public account-deletion request page is also available. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, security risk, legal requirements or material breach of these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without excluding mandatory rights that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Vebryks Systems LLP will have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
