1. Product type
Tizori vouchers purchased through the website are digital products. Tizori does not ship a physical voucher, card, parcel or other physical item for these purchases.
2. Shipping charges
There are no physical shipping or delivery charges for Tizori digital vouchers. The final amount shown on the payment page is the amount payable for the voucher purchase and already includes applicable GST and payment-gateway charges or costs, if any, as disclosed there.
3. Delivery method
After successful payment confirmation, the voucher code is generated electronically and sent to the email address that you confirm on the payment page. The voucher can then be redeemed inside Tizori.
You are responsible for entering an email address that you can access and for checking spam or junk folders if the delivery email does not appear in your inbox.
4. Domestic, international and shipping-area restrictions
Because no physical goods are shipped, domestic/international shipping classifications, shipping zones and geographic physical-shipping restrictions do not apply to Tizori voucher delivery. Availability of a particular payment method can still depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, country or account configuration.
5. Estimated delivery time
Voucher delivery is normally initiated immediately after successful payment confirmation and should ordinarily arrive within 10 minutes. If your payment is shown as successful and the voucher has not arrived after 10 minutes, contact Tizori support so the transaction can be checked.
